De unieke ligging met uitzicht op het weiland en toegang tot het meer is absoluut gedenkwaardig. Zwemmen, suppen en varen op de Kagerplassen en genieten van de waterrijke omgeving vanuit dit duurzame, nieuwe en luxe houten tiny house. Van alle gemakken voorzien inclusief airco en egg BBQ. Centraal gelegen in de polder aan het water, vlakbij het strand in Noordwijk (9 km), de keukenhof (25 min)en steden als Amsterdam (20 min), Den Haag (20 min) en Leiden (10 min) zijn dichtbij. Centraal gelegen.

Voor de watersporters liggen de Kaagerplassen op 50 meter afstand waar je alle vormen van watersport kunt bedrijven. Het strand van Noordwijk ligt op 30 minuten fietsen , en de accommodatie ligt midden in de bollenstreek en slechts 15 minuten fietsen van de Keukenhof. Steden zoals Amsterdam ,Leiden en Den Haag liggen in de directe omgeving. Van alles binnen handbereik in een oase van rust

Midden tussen de bollenvelden en de bossen en toch vlak bij het centrum van Noordwijk en het strand. Onze studio heeft een top locatie. De studio is gelegen op het erf van een vrijstaande woning en gesitueerd in een oude bollenschuur. Geniet van de rust en word wakker met het zingen van de vogeltjes in de tuin. De studio is smaakvol ingericht. Een ideale plek om te fietsen door de bollenvelden te wandelen door de bossen of heerlijk te genieten van het strand en de vele restaurants in Noordwijk

Private unique cosy country house. Perfect getaway

Comfortable country house (100 m2) with a big garden in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and grazing cows right across the little canal. Close to all main cities and the Kaag Lakes. Amsterdam, Delft, Keukenhof, Schiphol-airport and Leiden (10 min). The house is heated and also warm and cosy during wintertime. Four cannoes are available for you. Rental bikes could be delivered by a local company to home. Free parking. We follow the extra cleaning recommendations of Airbnb!

Ideally located room, private bathroom in the village of Warmond. The room has a fridge and microwave. There is no cooktop. Cozy restaurants and grocery shopping in walking distance. Many beautiful outings possible nearby! - boat tours on the Kagerplassen. (this is a 2 minute walk from your room) A trip to the beach (20 minutes by car) Take day trips to the historic towns of Amsterdam, Leiden or Delft Visit the tulip/flower fields in the surrounding areas by car or bike(easyfiets)

Welkom in het gastenverblijf in onze achtertuin. Onze accommodatie is centraal gelegen ten opzichte van zowel Noordwijk strand (8km) als de bollenvelden (2km). Met het treinstation op loopafstand sta je tevens in 5 min in Leiden, in 15 min in Haarlem en in 25 min in Den Haag. De ruimte is smaakvol ingericht, geheel in harmonie met de prachtig aangelegde tuin waar je vanuit je bed zicht op hebt. Je hebt een eigen ingang en ook is een deel van onze tuin exclusief voor jou als gast.

Het huisje is stijlvol en warm ingericht met open haard en heeft openslaande deuren naar verschillende terrassen die horen bij onze grote tuin, waar u gebruik van mag maken. De keuken is volledig ingericht. Met een tweepersoonsbed in de slaapkamer en aangrenzende ruime luxe badkamer is dit appartement de ideale getaway voor stellen die er even tussenuit willen.

De bungalow is gelegen op een privé-park, middenin de weilanden, net buiten Leiden. Vanuit het park zijn diverse wandel- en fietsroutes door de weilanden langs molens en water. Noordzeestrand Katwijk op 20 minuten. Den Haag, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Haarlem, Delft, Gouda op 30 minuten rijden. De jachthaven sluit aan op watersportgebied Kagerplassen. Gasten kunnen onze 2-persoonskano gebruiken. Zeil- en motorboten zijn in de omgeving te huur.
