Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Our apartment is centrally located in the heart of Obervellach and is the ideal base for skiing, winter hiking, pony hikes and nature experiences in the Mölltal – even for just one night. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Small apartment in Mölltal

The approx. 60 m² apartment is located in our family home, right on the Alpe Adria Trail, surrounded by Alps and invites you to feel good! Several ski resorts such as Mölltal Glacier, Ankogel or Goldeck are approx. 20 minutes by car from the apartment. The apartment is separately accessible in the staircase so that you can fully enjoy an undisturbed vacation!
