There is a balcony with a living room with an American kitchen, from which there is a partial view of the basilica, there is a comfortable sofa bed 160×190. The bedroom has a large double bed 180×200. The nicely decorated bathroom opens in the living room. The apartment has central heating! A washing machine, hair dryer, and Wi-Fi are available for guests. The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchen appliances! Daily parking in the nearby underground garage is €7.

In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with sweeping views over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. There are deer in the meadows, as well as chickens, bees, cats, and a fish pond.
