Enjoy the spectacular ocean views from the main windows of the room and catch a memorable sunset directly from the comfort of the sofa. The apartment design is a modern one, so that your stay at Casa Playa Chica can be an unforgatable experience. * On Fridays and Saturdays, until October 2026, there may be increased nighttime activity in the surrounding area due to the proximity of a leisure venue that is independent from the accommodation.

Casa Atlántica*

Ozone machine used to disinfect against COVID-19. This apartment is located in the little fishing village Las Playitas, only 400 m away from the sports complex Playitas Resort. It is 36 sqm2 and has a nice terrace featuring direct and beautiful sea views. The apartment was entirely refurbished in 2017. The very bright apartment is situated one minute away from the beach and offers stunning views of the bay and village. There are several supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.

The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.
