It is bright, newly renovated (new kitchen, laminate floor, etc.), the building has an elevator and a community pool, a quiet area, about 100 meters away is San Marcos beach, easy outdoor parking, in the area there are supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, etc., urban area (Icod de los Vinos) 1.5 km away.
