Come and discover the Ardèche plateau in Saint-Agrève: la dolce via, le lac de devesset, swimming spots, a golf course, many hiking trails. Secluded with a view of the forest and at the same time close to the village, the stud’allows you to access all amenities by being quiet. We live there so we respond present if needed, but the stud’ benefits from its own hidden terrace of the passage for more tranquility. Great! Looking forward to having you stay with us!

Gîte du Moulin

The Gîte du Moulin is a family home in which we offer holiday accommodation for 4 to 6 people. This place, located in the Pilat Regional Nature Park, is a green setting, an island of freshness ideal for recharging your batteries. This former watermill, located between two rivers, dates back to the 19th century. It is a house steeped in history and full of charm, it has been recently renovated with natural and ecological materials.

Beautiful Tencel

Provided a spacious, very bright and warm apartment! Great for those looking for a peaceful place. It is located on the outskirts of the very dynamic small town of Tence. This home is fully equipped. You'll find two beds. A 160x200 bed and a new sofa bed (sheets and towels at extra cost). A 50m² terrace with SPA will allow you to enjoy the magnificent view overlooking the river Lignon. Two-story house, with one bedroom with a 2-person bed, and a second bedroom with a 2-person bed and a single bed. A bathroom, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, living room. Easy access, easy parking, lockbox. Household products, bed linen provided. Towels not provided.

Halfway between Saint Etienne and Puy en Velay, the newly renovated and equipped house is quietly located in a hamlet at an altitude of 830 m. It offers a wide view of the landscape of the Velay mountains. On 2 levels (83 m2), you will find a dining room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, bedrooms, small living room with sofa (which can offer 2 additional beds) and a toilet upstairs.
