We are less than a kilometer from the Bercé equestrian center, renowned for these CCEs, and 30 minutes from the European Yvre-Épée Horse Center. MKF is less than 3 km away to participate in scheduled retreats and internships. Also ideal for business trips, we are 15 minutes from the Ecommoy and Parigné-l'Évêque interchanges.

The Atelier Haute Couture is one of five apartments in the Ateliers du 7, located in the city center (prefecture). The T1-type apartment is located on the ground floor of an inner courtyard. Large house in the heart of the city of Moncé-en-Belin, 5 km from the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. On the ground floor: Beautiful kitchen open to the living room.
