Flott utsikt over Totak og fjellene. 5 min å kjøre til sentrum med butikker og oppkjørte langrennsløyper. 10 min til skisentre. God WIFI. Flotte turmuligheter sommerstid. Lader for elbil 5 min unna.

Norwegian country bliss by the lake

Small cabin by the lake. Perfect for a getaway from the modern world. Great for relaxing, hiking, fishing, mushrooms and berry picking and swimming. Guests can use the canoe at own risk. There are sheep grazing in the fields and a very special flower meadow. There is a outside seating area with a simple bbq. New bathroom with shower and toilet in the barn. Sauna can be rented for additional cost. Ps. there is no running water in the cabin, this is available few meters away, in the barn.

The beach in front is Bronnstadbukta, area with rich nature, perfect for adults and kids. Great hiking right outside the door, with numerous popular summit hikes and hiking trails. Beautiful fjord with islets and reefs if you travel by boat. Cabin also suitable for two families with 2 baths ans 4 bedrooms. PARTY IS NOT ALLOWED

Denne hytta er oppført i 2023 og har 5 soverom. 3 av soverommene har 180cm senger og 2 soverom på hemsen har 150cm senger. Hytta ligger i ett stille og rolig område med mye herlig natur. Hytta er jevnt over bra utstyrt med bland annet smarthus, varmepumpe og jacuzzi for 6 personer. Hytta ligger ca 2,5 timer fra Oslo, ca 1t og 45min fra Kristiansand dyrepark, 30 min fra Kragerø og 45 min fra Porsgrunn. Fantastisk beliggenhet i norsk natur bare 90 min. fra Oslo. Fantastiske turmuligheter hele året. Bilvei til døra, gratis parkering. Ladestasjon til elektrisk bil. Innlagt vann og strøm. Rask wifi. Peis. Varmepumpe. Kjøleskap, oppvaskmaskin, fryser og komfyr. Dusj. Vannklosett. Liten båt. Hytta er oppusset med nytt kjøkken og behagelige møbler. Spisestuesofaen og den store sofaen i stua gjør at alle sitter godt! Kalenderen er alltid oppdatert. Rabatt for lengre opphold.
