In the evening, the fireplace crackles in the garden, and in the morning, hiking and biking trails and ski slopes start right outside the door. 8 guests, self check-in, free parking. Only 45 km from Passau, near the Bavarian Forest National Park – perfect for families and groups of friends.

We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Das Studio bietet eine kompakte, gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, kostenfreies WLAN, einen Tiefgaragenparkplatz u.v.m. Starte den Tag auf der Gartenterrasse mit einem Kaffee, bevor es in die Natur, zum Wandern, auf die Silberbergbahn oder zum Mountainbiken geht. Vacation on the Kraus farm near Bodenmais

Our apartment is comfortably furnished (90 m²) and can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bunk bed, kitchen with living room, bathroom and toilet and a terrace with a large garden area. We offer a bread service. Excursions in the area include the Arber, the Geißkopf, the Silberberg in Bodenmais or St. Englmar, which you can reach by car in a short time. Mountain cabin on the Grandsberg

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in an absolutely idyllic location. Enjoy the unique view at 800 m altitude into the Bavarian Forest and the Gäuboden. You can set off on beautiful hikes directly from the property. Particularly recommended are the Hirschenstein (with lookout tower, at 1052 m) and the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.
