Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness factor that really gives you that cottage feeling you want when you go to the mountains. In principle, ski in/ski out with only a 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (in operation during the ski season). Cozy cottage with sauna and fireplace in Edsåsdalen

Welcome to a peaceful place for families and friends and friends! The modern cottage has nice views, four bedrooms with eight beds, two bathrooms, sauna, fireplace and large balcony. The cottage is located in cozy and family friendly Edsåsdalen, 20 minutes from Åre village. Edsåsdalen's lift system has 5 lifts and 11 slopes, there are 40 km of cross country tracks and 15 km of mountain trails, ski school, sports shop, restaurants and small spa. From the cottage it is about 350 meters to the closest ski slope and to the cross country trails.

A modern living area features large windows allowing natural light and views of the surrounding landscape. A comfortable sectional sofa faces a flat-screen television, while a dining table accommodates several guests. A decorative rug adds texture to the space, accentuated by a cozy wood stove.

Åre/Tegefjäll by the slopes Perfect for 1-2 families

Åre/Tegefjäll between Åre village and Duved. Quiet, modern and family-friendly accommodation close to nature and adventure both summer and winter. In summer, you can hike directly from the house. Nice berry fields are close by. The ski slope is just 50 meters away. Duveds and Tegefjälls lift systems are built together. Many people think it is the best skiing in the area, but you can also take your skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift cards also apply. With touring skis, you can go directly out on the mountain expanses.

Enjoy a luxurious experience at this centrally-located place. Here you can relax and enjoy skiing, cycling and hiking trails directly adjacent to the cottage. Detached house of about 50 sqm distributed on two floors with 2 bedrooms and bathroom with spacious sauna overlooking Åre village. Large south-facing balcony with magical views. VM 8 and the slope directly "outside the door." This lift, which opens first and closes last on the day and the season, takes you out to the entire Åre magical ski system. Genuine ski-in ski-out!

Beautiful cabin in Huså close to nature

Huset består av tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett sovloft samt ett kök som är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.
