The apartment has a high standard is located on the ground floor and a large terrace overlooking the forest down to Åresjön. With a fantastic location in Åre Saddle with ski in/ski out to Åre's entire ski system. Here you are also within walking distance of the cross-country trails as well as Björnens center with services such as restaurants, shops and ski rental. Walking distance to Åre Ridklubb/Ridhus where it is possible to ride in a fantastic environment.

A wooden balcony is illuminated by warm overhead lighting, featuring two folding chairs and a small table. The wooden beams and planks create a rustic feel, while a view of the surroundings is visible through the glass doors.

Cozy 58 sqm apartment with sauna & close to the hill

Welcome to Tegefjäll Enbäret Panorama! The apartment is located high located with a magnefik view from the terrace in addition to Åreskutan. It is ski in ski out and a nice and cozy newly built apartment (finished 2016) with everything you may need. Both Tegefjäll and Duved's lift system (they sit together) is just outside the door. When you stay with us, you also have the opportunity to rent our Fjällpulken, mountain backpacks tent and more. Just ask and we'll arrange it. Snowracern and the sleds are free to borrow:)

Åre/Tegefjäll on the piste Ideal for 1-2 families

Åre/Tegefjäll between Åre village and Duved. Quiet, modern and family friendly accommodation close to nature and adventures both summer and winter. In summer you can hike directly from house. Nice berry fields are close by. The ski slope is just 50 m away. Duveds and Tegefjäll's lift system is built together. Many people think it's the area's best skiing, but you can also take the skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift passes also apply. With hiking skis, you get directly out on the mountain expanses.

A sitting area is formed by a grey wicker sectional sofa with plush cushions, facing a glass-topped table. Large glass doors allow natural light into the space, while a section of the wall is adorned with hanging hooks. The wooden floor adds warmth to the setting.

4 rooms and kitchen of which 3 bedrooms with a total living area of 53 m². Here you live on the first floor 50 meters from Gunnilbacken as well as parking in front of the house. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed and the other two with a place-built bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and drying cabinet. Sauna is available next to the bathroom. Smart TV connected to wifi. Kitchen with utensils. During the summer, we are unable to offer bed linen or cleaning.

A spacious living area features high ceilings with wooden beams and large windows providing natural light and mountain views. Cozy seating includes a sectional sofa and plush armchairs surrounding a glass coffee table. A dining area is positioned nearby, complemented by a modern kitchen visible in the background.
