We are a unique and central family space in the beautiful historic center of the city of Tavira. Situated in the heart of the city of Tavira, next to the castle and in the middle of the historic center, the Wall, with a total of 24 rooms, is a 16th century building, which forms part of the city's architectural culture. A wonderful homemade breakfast is included in the rate and is served every day between 8 am and 11 am. We want you to feel at home and we will do everything to make this happen.

Quinta da Abelha is a bed and breakfast in the Algarve of Portugal. Run by us, Jan and Linda van der Bij. We moved to Portugal in 2015. With the bed & breakfast we have fulfilled our long-time dream to start an adventure abroad. After a search of one year we bought an old fruit plantation near the small town of Laranjeiro. After an extensive renovation our project is complete. And we look forward to greet you as our guest in the oasis of peace that we have created.

Mediterranean room in charming B&B Casal da Eira

Casal da Eira is located in a traditional Quinta which has been renovated and changed into a comfortable B&B. The rooms are modern but retained the original atmosphere of the house. In the backgarden you will find the swimmingpool surounded by a lawn and cypresses. B&B Casal da Eira is close to São Brás de Alportel and the overwhelming nature of the Serra da Caldeirão. The beaches and Faro are less than half an hour drive by car.

Our double room « Casa Blanca » (20 m2) offers a large and comfortable double bed (1.6 x 2.0m) and is equiped with fridge and coffee maker (Dolce Gusto). There is direct access to a big terrace with a hammov and views to the sea and the surrounding hills. A perfect spot to sit with a glass of wine and a good book. The private bathroom is situated in the tower, just 8 steps higher.
