A two-level terrace with a fireplace and Jacuzzi, a spacious living room, a dining room and a large garden and forest behind the house allow you to fully relax even with a larger group of people. Spacious parking for 8 cars gives you the freedom of individual access for each of the participants. Local restaurants have a wide selection of home-delivered dishes.

For your use, we offer 20 acres of fenced plot, 83 square meters house with fireplace and air conditioning, wooden banya, swimming pool, gas grill and fireplace and a huge terrace. Nearby there is a restaurant, grocery store, SPA, playground, fish fry, lake, river, bathing beach and numerous cycling and hiking trails. The location of the plot guarantees peace and quiet. It is a region attractive to tourists all year round. A perfect place for winter and summer sports, as well as the opportunity to enjoy other attractions.
