The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The living room has a fold-out sofa. The bedroom with a French balcony has a 160 cm wide bed. The rooms offer views of greenery and the city wall. The Town Hall Square is 500 meters away, and the Emajõgi River and the University of Tartu Delta Center are nearby.

Our lovely house is located in Ülejõe, in the immediate vicinity of Lodjakoda and Emajõe alley, where there is a picturesque walk. This is our own home that we open for a longer trip. It's especially nice for a family to stay here, but I trust everyone has a nice and cozy experience here. With a high-quality projector and sound system, it's nice to have movie nights, and the table is the perfect size for board games. It's also nice to spend more time with a smaller group.

The apartment is soundproof to noise from the street. It takes 5min of walk to supermarkets; 10min to University and City Hall in old town; farmer's market, shopping centers and V-Spa in downtown; 15min to Estonian National Museum and 20min to Ahhaa! science center and Aura water park.

You can have just a sauna evening or stay overnight. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sleeping places for two, sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V electricity for lights and phone loading.
