Comfortable and practical apartment for families or couples on the ground floor of an old house recently renovated to be highly energy efficienct. Located in the center of Das, a small village in La Cerdanya region, with a huge shared garden. With geothermal and solar panel energy, this house is always at the perfect temperature for our guests, who can enjoy snow activities and the warmth of the fireplace during autumn and winter, and sunny days and fresh air during the spring and summer.

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

In the Ripollès region, between rivers, valleys and mountains, the ancient Castle of Llaés (10th century) stands splendidly. A unique place, of exceptional beauty, where absolute tranquility reigns in the middle of an exuberant nature. The Castle has been fully renovated for the comfort required by the facilities for rural tourism, with 8 rooms, 5 with a double bed, and 3 with two single beds. It has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bathrooms, garden and terrace.
