Casita Esperanza - Duplex

Relax in this quiet, centrally located space. You will have a small kitchenette, however equipped with everything: oven, oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer, gas burners, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer. On the ground floor there is a sofa bed and TV, bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with wardrobes and chest of drawers, TV. In both rooms there are blade fans. The House is entirely available to Guests. Please only follow the restrictions indicated in the House Information message, sent before arrival. Thank you! Guests can always write messages to me. As far as incoming calls are concerned, I do not guarantee that I will always be able to answer immediately as I work as a reception and surveillance officer in Museums. But it will be my concern if I am unable to respond immediately regarding work to call back as soon as possible. Please take note that The washing machine is currently NOT available for use even if physically present inside the bathroom.

The two-room apartment can comfortably accommodate two people in a well-kept and functional environment. At the entrance is the modern and equipped kitchen (induction, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher). The living room is the ideal space to relax: a comfortable sofa, a 50" smart TV (access to Netflix) and a perfect table for dining or working on the PC. The hallway leads to the spacious bedroom (with 40" smart TV) and the bathroom (equipped with a hairdryer and washer-dryer). Very central!

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this downtown space 700 meters from the Cathedral and 50 meters from the city walls where you can walk surrounded by greenery. It is located in Garofolo, a small village in the municipality of Canaro in the province of Rovigo, 15 minutes from Ferrara and 15 minutes from Rovigo, next to the SS16 road. The painter Benvenuto Tisi (1481-1559) was born here. On site you can find the museum in his birthplace. The village borders the Po River, which is why a cycling and pedestrian route has been created for nature and fishing lovers.
