Das helle und im Herbst 2022 renovierte Ferienhaus befindet sich relativ zentral im ruhigen Ortskern von El Pinar. Zu Fuss ist es in 10-15 min. möglich, zum Bäcker, zu den Bars, der Pizzeria, der Apotheke und dem gut sortierten Supermarkt zu gehen. Auf 2 Etagen ist alles für einen gemütlichen und bequemen Aufenthalt am Rande des Kiefernwaldes eingerichtet. Hier beginnen viele schöne Wanderwege. Mit dem Auto geht es schnell in den Fischerort La Restinga und zur sonnigen Badebucht von Tacorón.
