This eco-friendly house is constructed using mostly local raw material like cut-stones for walls, finest artistically fixed small slates for upper roofing and locally available wooden logs and earth for first floor roof. A mini library housing some of the rare books on Indian culture, wildlife and environment etc. is located at the ground floor. It consists of two large bedrooms with attached bathrooms having eco-friendly solar water heating system.

A charming two-story mud house is displayed, adorned with soft glowing lights along the exterior. The sloped roof features a combination of tiles, and a few flags are visible at the peak. A spacious porch is seen, providing a welcoming entrance.
