Quiet house located in a typical pedestrian cul-de-sac of the Sablais habitat, in the historic district of La Chaume, 2 min walk to Port Olona, starting point of the Vendée Globe. You can do everything on foot. 5 min from a supermarket, 8 min from the Quai de la Chaume market at the foot of the Tour d'Arundel where you will find fishmongers, seafood, early season produce, bakery, butcher etc. 3 min from the "Passeur" boat-bus to reach the pedestrian city center, the fishing port and the beach.

The 2 living rooms are equipped with a sofa that converts into a real bed (new). The heating system is a pellet stove and radiators, the kitchens are all equipped, cooking utensils with range and American fridge (water/ice cube). 0 cleaning fee, leave clean.
