Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping spaces. Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Enjoy the quiet atmosphere of our former farm with a central location. The newly renovated apartment on the 2nd floor offers a great view with direct access to the hiking trail network. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper as well as the most important cooking utensils. In the private garden area you can soak up the sun and eat comfortably. In addition, there is a storage room, so bicycles can also be safely stored.

A newly furnished, quiet, and spacious apartment with a comfortable 180x200 bed for 2 people offers an exceptional view from the top, eighth floor of the building directly of the castle with its tower and across the Deer Garden. Thanks to its location, you can easily reach the historic center on foot within 5 minutes. The bus station (Prague–Český Krumlov (Špičák)), ATM, grocery store, cinema, and doctor are all within 100 m. A baby cot is available upon request.

Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.

The house is located in the northern Waldviertel on the Czech border, nestled in a beautiful landscape. All-day sun exposure and pure nature offer the possibility to let go. The area offers countless paths for walking and cycling. Very close by, in the village of Karlstift, there is a ski lift and a beautiful natural swimming lake.
