We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

Dornes also has a beautiful Sanctuary and a pentagonal Templar Tower, of which no other examples are known in the country. A beautiful 15th century house located in the west of Monsanto with spectacular views. Very quiet and calm. Bold design with huge boulders in sight, decorated with antique objects from Monsanto. We will try to maintain a connection with guests in terms of maximum hospitality but with respect for privacy. A frugal breakfast is included in the price.

Quinta das Sesmarias

Quinta das Sesmarias is located on the urban outskirts of Vila de Alcains, a 3.5-hectare property that maintains the rural characteristics of the early 20th century. The first construction dates back to 1928 and was recovered in 2002 in the form of a villa. Visitors' rest and well-being are ensured by a peaceful environment in contact with nature.

The Haystack

Panoramic View and Jacuzzi Palheiro is located in the village of Sobral Fernando and is a house dating back to 1936, all of which is built in schist stone. Recently restored, it offers a modern, welcoming environment while preserving the traces of times past. It has a Jacuzzi with water that can be heated on the panoramic balcony.
