Brand new apartment. In the bedroom is a double bed, in the living room is a pull-out sofa. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from downtown. The area around the house is a safe, parking fee-free zone. The hospital is 6 minutes on foot, but the city center is easily accessible on foot, comfortably 15 minutes. It gives me great pleasure to welcome visitors from abroad and guiding them during their stay in this beautiful city. I tolk well English, and I work as tourist quide.

Ideal for families The guesthouse on the edge of the village is located in a huge courtyard. In the courtyard, under the huge trees, there is a private fishing lake, an outdoor fireplace, large grassy areas and a cozy pub. The accommodation can accommodate 10 people. Upstairs there are 3 double rooms, each with its own shower and toilet. The ground floor has a shared kitchen and living room. There is also a separate 4-bed apartment.

The property is surrounded by forests and fields surrounded by nature. You can enjoy the tranquility on the Tanya or experience Hungary's Puszta. Szeged, Hungary's 4th largest city is 30 minutes away by car. The park-like grounds are characterized by a small bathing lake, a cozy "Gerbecke" and a so-called summer kitchen, which is designed as a party room. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
