Our guesthouse is located in Szattán, a small village in the Őrség region. The cottage has a sauna and a small garden with a fire pit, and right below the house is the village orchard. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, a small refrigerator, a drip coffee maker, and an electric kettle. You'll find everything you need for cooking and eating. The following fee is payable on site: In the village, the tourist tax rate for those over 18 years of age is HUF 400 per person per night. The fee for using the sauna is HUF 10000 per heating.

It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest. Our house in the middle of orchards, vineyards, fields offers a quiet, retreatable place where you don't have to give up modern and refined comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want peace and quiet, you don't even have to move, the sun goes around the building, you can admire the beauty of the area, the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we are unable to accommodate children (0-16 years)

A century old Vila Vilma is a fairy tale house hidden between the vineyards. Its unique location makes it a perfect choice for a romantic getaway or a family escape to the country. Relax in the hot tub, enjoy the view from the swing or treat yourself with local wines from our wine cellar. Our delicious house wine is included in the price. Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Kick back and relax in this calm, 800 m from the city center, at the gate of Őrség in Körmend. I offer a friendly apartment in the first, completely separate part of a family house (one room, kitchen and bathroom with shower). The garden is a common area, yet separate. Ideal for 2 adults, but if necessary, a child can sleep on a sofa bed. Tourist Tax (IFA) is payable in cash on site. 400 HUF/person/night We look forward to welcoming our guests!

The Sky Luxury Suite is a Mediterranean romantic luxury apartment designed exclusively for two people. With a 360° view of the city center, Lake Balaton and Festetics Castle. The apartment has a private jacuzzi and sauna. Our room service pampers our guests with cocktails, hookahs, and other refreshments. The price does not include breakfast, it can be requested separately. Two electric scooters provide transportation in Keszthely.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely hut

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Nearby Zalaegerszeg, Körmend, Göcsej and Őrség. Within 10 minutes 2 lakes to bathe and fish. A quiet, nice little village that provides a pleasant rest, a good starting point for a trip. An ID card is required for check-in, mandatory registration.
