On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Via a staircase upstairs you reach the other 2 bedrooms; each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Each bedroom has its own terrace with a seating area. Halfway through the week, the villa is cleaned and the bed linen is changed.

On the lower floor is the one bedroom with the double bed, the office, the kitchen , a very spacious living room with two sofa corners , the bathroom with the washing machine and a large bathtub and the balcony. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one double bed, and the other bunk bed with two single beds and two bathrooms both with showers . The apartment is on the top floor of a pension 50 meters from the beach.

Zois' House

The holiday apartment Zois' House with step-free access and interior is located in Sívros and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 105 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 7 people. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This accommodation does not offer: Wi-Fi, air conditioning and towels.
