Summer house on the bay

A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking. Renting a car is highly recommended for getting around the area, visit villages and beaches, shopping, etc.

Το N e r a d u House είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό ισόγειο πέτρινο στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Φαναριωτατικα. Eίναι το τρίτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του N e ra d u house και περιβάλλεται από έναν υπεραιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

The building is one of the oldest in the Old Town, dated in 1831. Located right in the heart of the historical center, the authentic Corfiot neighborhood. Although it's just a few steps from Liston and all the spots of interest, cafe's and restaurants, the neighborhood is really quiet. It's also a few steps from the sea, a beautiful spot to have a swim.
