My 80 m² apartment with balcony can be used individually, whether 1-2 couples, the whole family or professionals. For additional guests (or if a queen-size bed is used by only one person), a sofa bed or a comfortable mattress for the floor is available. This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. Our apartment on the 2nd floor has a living room with a sofa bed (140 cm) for a maximum of 2 children and an integrated, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Our terrace can be used by our guests. Pets on request.
