A private pond with a deck, a forest, a river, and a home of very nice owners :) There is a separate driveway to the cottage. 2 rooms downstairs: living room with kitchenette and bathroom. 2 bedrooms with 3 large beds 160x200 upstairs. A large terrace with a brick grill/fire pit and a garden. Bicycles can be rented. In winter, you need to heat a goat, we provide the option of using a hot tub 1h/100 zł or a sauna 1h/100 zł.

Villa Jutrzenka dates back to 1912, was moved to Wolnica and restored 10 years ago. On 200 m2, 2 floors of Jutrzenki there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath room on the first floor, a toilet on the ground floor, a living room with a dining room and a kitchen. We have two dogs and three cats.
