The BLUE ROOM with balcony and lake view is one of 4 double rooms with its own. Bath that are on the 1st floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. There is a common room and a shared kitchen with huge, covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests for quiet use by arrangement. Please only dogs by prior arrangement. In addition, there is a holiday home for 6 - 8 persons in the DG.

Enjoy wonderful days in our family guesthouse, which is run by Heidi and Elisabeth in the second and third generation. The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes' walk as well as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. Mountain views are guaranteed.

The idyllic and conveniently located village of Maihingen is between Nördlingen and Dinkelsbühl on the Romantic Road. Many bike and hiking trails (Donau-Ries, etc.) are just a few meters from the house. Our house has a structurally separate upper floor. There is a large bedroom, a private equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, and if needed more rooms can be used. Parking is available in front of the house.

Raus auf´s Land Bed & Breakfast in Issing

I have a typical Airbnb lodging, you will stay together with me in my house. Your private rooms and your bathroom are in the attic story of an old farmhouse. Breakfast is included. The village Issing is located in the beautiful area Lechrain, a 10 minute car drive away from Landsberg or the Ammersee. It is just an 1 hour drive to Munich or to the Alps. I have a very friendly dog.
