The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Stora altaner med sol från morgon till kväll och sjöutsikt. Soligt, lugnt läge med närhet till buss som går till Stockholm på 40 minuter. Här bor du med ett fantastiskt läge på populära Resarö. Ön är en av de största öarna, belägen i norra delen av Vaxholms kommun med bilväg hela vägen till huset.
