🏖 Our newly build villa ☆☆☆☆ with a heated pool is a perfect summer stay for anyone visiting the Zadar region. It is only 11km from Zadar city center and it offers comfort in a peaceful setting. The villa has two spacious double bed en-suite bedrooms, one small room, a cozy lounge, a modern kitchen, and a relaxing pool area with outside BBQ. Dog friendly. Communication with guests will be via Airbnb or mobile phone and I am only 10min drive away from the villa for any emergencies.

The inviting swimming pool is illuminated in soft blue tones under the evening sky. Nearby, sun loungers are arranged under umbrellas, with a barbecue area visible in the background, surrounded by serene landscaping.

Situated in Galovac, Villa Iva is a beautiful house in central Dalmatia, near the city of Zadar with the most beautiful sunset in the world. Villa’s location is great base to explore the region’s , in a radius of less than 1 hour drive there are National parks: Krka waterfalls , Kornati archipelago, Plitvice lakes and also Natural parks: Vrana lake , Velebit -Paklenica, Zrmanja-Rafting .
