Summer paradise – house with evening sun by Lake Svelvik

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The entire 2nd floor of the house, private garden with terrace outside the red outhouse. The place is one of the sunniest in Eastern Norway, with sun until about 10:00 pm in the summer. You walk to the jetty in 2 minutes. Long ground for small and jumping from the bathing jetty for the big ones. Several beaches within walking distance. Play kubb, badminton, boccia, or croquet, or enjoy the sun and have a BBQ in the garden. Picking blackcurrants, raspberries, rhubarb, and Morello cherries, and watching butterflies. The living room is furnished with a double bed, TV and WiFi. Our house borders an organic vegetable farm and forest. This location provides the basis for a stay close to nature with abundant bird life and visits from a deer family in the garden. Excellent opportunities for unwinding and relaxing in tranquil surroundings, and great hiking opportunities. 50 minutes to Oslo and Drammen.

Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent e-bikes, stroll down to the climbing park or explore the local area.

Mezzanine with 2 separate sleeping places with 2x 120 cm beds at one end and 150 cm double bed at the opposite end. Well-equipped kitchen with all facilities. Bathroom with shower, sink and Cinderella burner. Open and social floor plan with kitchen, living room and dining room. Beautiful views from all rooms. Here you can really find peace of mind. Only 50 minutes from Oslo, this spacious house is located in a wonderful, quiet, sunny, seaside location. Most rooms offer panoramic views of the fjord. The house has a modern dark interior, a fully equipped open kitchen and a spacious living room that connects with sliding glass doors to a large veranda, facing west and overlooking the sea. Parking in the front yard. Charger for electric car is available for a fee.
