The village no longer has permanent residents, and without any main road crossing it, it has practically no road traffic, which makes it the perfect place to go with children, who can play and run freely through its streets without danger. The house is all lit by a warm lighting system with LEDs, in line with the rest environment offered by its location.

Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.
