The sea in the sub-Velebit channel is exceptionally clean and clear and attracts more and more guests to vacation precisely because of that! The proximity of Velebit is also important because this beautiful mountain is full of hiking trails (Premuziceva trail)!

It is located in Baške Oštarije, which is about 20 km away from Gospić on one side and Karlobag on the other. If you come in the summer, be sure to bring a warmer set of clothes because it is cool in the evening, which makes this place an ideal destination for everyone who wants a break from the summer heat. It's about 20 minutes by car to the sea, so during the day guests like to go down for a swim.

The house is located in a quiet part of the island, and if you are looking for peace and true rest it is the place for you. No neighbors. No noise The air is clean and the sea, the beaches are wild and there is no one on some of them. When the wind blows you can enjoy the view on the closed terrace, watch TV with over 30 programs. Dear guests, our apartment is located in the small beautiful village of Korana, 3 km away from the entrance to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the waterfalls, river and mountains. Apartment contains room with satellite TV, free Wifi, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
