In Ukkohalla ,one of four villas in a new holiday village on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi, near the ski slopes. The lake, northern lights, and slopes open right through the large windows. In a separate lakeside sauna, you can enjoy the steam of the wood stove, with the view of the lake view from the large view windows, both the sauna and the stunning fireplace room. There is a laundry room and workout area in the maintenance building. EV charging points, 2pcs 11kW type2 and 2pcs 16a Super suko, are included in the rental price.

A modern cabin is illuminated softly against a snowy landscape at dusk. Snow-covered trees surround the property, and warm outdoor lighting highlights paths in the yard, creating a serene winter atmosphere.

Fully equipped villa in peace on the shore of a wilderness lake. This area has the most snow in Finland! Built in 2022, toilet, underfloor heating, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, shower, WiFi. Reindeer are here and the northern lights are often visible! A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Cozy, tidy apartment with its own entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat the sauna daily, cool off on the sheltered terrace, grill (gas) and a fireplace is available. Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani in the direction of the airport.

The cottage is located in a shared courtyard, surrounded by forest landscape. The slopes can be reached by skiing (ski-in/ski-out). Ski slope about 200 m away. The wonderful services of Hotel Iso-Syötte, as well as the other services of the center, are within walking distance.
