Soggiorna in un’affascinante casa in pietra nel cuore di Scano di Montiferro, vicina al mare, a siti naturali e archeologici e a Bosa e Oristano. La casa è disposta su tre livelli: Ingresso salotto, cucina attrezzata, camera con letto alla francese (140 cm), bagno ampio e locale lavanderia al piano terra. Al 1 piano una camera con due letti singoli, una seconda camera matrimoniale, un bagno, e se necessario, una seconda cucina. Completa la casa un'ampia terrazza al secondo e ultimo piano

The cottage on Via Pia is a historic 1880s house, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. "Little house", because everything seems to be in a reduced format... the small windows, the bread oven, the courtyard. A comfortable and welcoming nest of love, suitable for those who want to have sensory experiences (especially gastronomic!) in this less known part of Sardinia, which alternates sea, plains, hills and mountains and a living, authentic tradition

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

DomuMalaspina is located in the historic center of Bosa, called Sa Costa, at the foot of the Malaspina castle The property includes 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double with a private bathroom, and a double, dining area and kitchen with utensils, refrigerator, oven and coffee machine, two bathrooms, one on the first floor including a washing machine, and the other on the ground floor dug entirely into the rock, enriched with a Cerasarda plating, entirely Made in Sardinia!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space to enjoy yourselves and swim in the pool. Go to the beach 5 km away. The house is divided into 2 apartments, I live on the ground floor with my husband, your accommodation is on the first floor with a separate entrance from ours. It is about 70 square meters on 4 levels (no elevator), and can accommodate for 4 people. 2 bikes are available for use free of charge!
