Separate apartment in a new family house

A cozy separate apartment with a fireplace in a new family house is located in the village of Sučany, just a few minutes from the city center, ski resorts, beautiful nature suitable for hiking, cycling, mushroom picking, fishing, or swimming in nature or in aquaparks. You can sit in the warm weather in the garden with the possibility of barbecue, or in the cold weather by the fireplace, use the infrared sauna for 2 people. Also there is a travel cot (3rd person), massage services. Infrared sauna and wood is for a fee of 5€/day.

I offer a new, cozy apartment in the Priekopa district. Nearby there are groceries, a restaurant, a wine shop, a railway station. The Firefighting Museum and the SIM Complex are nearby. In summer, it is possible to visit the swimming pool in Vrútky or the Lipovecké jazerá, which are a few kilometers away. The UVEA Mediklinik Eye Clinic is just a 10-minute walk away. Companies such as VW, ECCO, MAR SK, GGB Slovakia can be reached in about 8 minutes by car. Free parking is available right in front of the apartment building.

New Apartment South terraces- with private jacuzzi

The apartment is near the city of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 35€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

If you want perfect privacy and cottage like charming atmosphere in the centre of a small town then our little "cazinha" - chalet is the one you are looking for ... Everything is on walking distance including the Billa supermarket and some fine restaurants or bars. Ruzomberok has a strategic location, you are not far from Malino Brdo orJasna ski centre and there are quite many wellness centres located on a short distance from the town, such as Tatralandia, Besenova or Gotal in Liptovska Osada.

Zrekonštruované štúdio sa nachádza v centre mesta v budove na treťom poschodí v podkroví. Štúdio je zariadené tak, aby bola oddelená nočná časť od dennej. Súčasťou štúdia je samostatná kúpeľňa s toaletou. Kuchyňa je vybavená vstavanou chladničkou, indukčnou prenosnou varnou doskou a základným riadom. V kúpeľni sú hosťom k dispozícii uteráky a osušky. V cene ubytovania je aj posteľné prádlo. Do centra sa dostanete peši za 3 minúty. V štúdiu, ako aj v celej budove, je zákaz fajčenia.

Our wooden cabin is situated between two rivers. So it is a wonderfull and very peacefull place to stay. Downstair, there is a main room, with modern kitchen, fridge, washing machine, diswasher machine... there is a fireplace, that can heat whole cabin. The large terace is great place where you can enjoy your cup of tea or coffee. the garden and surounding is a really great place for kids. and if the weather will be bad, thay will maybe happy from swing low in the cabin... :-)

The historical center, park, shopping centers, bus and train station are 3 minutes away on foot

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.

We offer accommodation in the village of Višňové. It's a house divided into 5 apartment units. The studio for 2 people has a bedroom, bathroom and equipped kitchen. The studio has a separate entrance, Wi-Fi, TV. There is also a courtyard and private, secure parking. The studio has a toilet, bathtub and shower. Also equipped with a kitchen with a microwave, fridge and stove. The room has a double bed.
