Nothing is shared between the Main floor and the basement, including furnace, laundry, appliances etc. You can rent the whole house, including the basement if available. A beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood. No pets, No Smoking inside the house and/or Events are allowed. You will be charged $250.00 for clean-up if not respected.

I pride myself in ensuring exemplary cleanliness for each guest. One queen bed and one double bed. Bright with 9 foot ceilings. This is a 2 bedroom large basement suite, separate keyless entrance, enjoy a Netflix and a relaxing night on the 75’’ smart TV. Host family resides upstairs, some noise. Go oilers !!!

Renovated in 2026! This basement suite is self-contained, has its own separate entrance, and has all the necessary items to become your home away from home! You are required to use two (2) sets of stairs to access the suite. A security camera is located at the front door. Pets are welcome! Let us know if your furry friend is coming so that we can prepare for their arrival.
