Wutachschlucht, Schaffhausen (CH), and many other excursion destinations in the Black Forest can be reached in 5-30 minutes. Many family-friendly excursion destinations such as leisure pools and parks, as well as the historic Sauschwänzlebahn, are within easy reach. A trip to Switzerland is just as worthwhile as a detour to Lake Constance.

Overlooking the river in my historic oasis in medieval Eglisau.
