We offer a two-storey cottage of about 45 sq m with two separate bedrooms, a shared living room with kitchenette, dining room, bathroom and a large terrace surrounded by forest. The plot on which the cottage stands is about 500 m2 and is fenced. In addition, on the large wooden terrace we have a Jacuzzi and a sauna for the guests of the cottage only. Our cottage is open all year round, it has heating and a stove. 150m to Lake Sudomie.

The cottage is located on a fenced plot (2,600 m²) with a fruit orchard, surrounded by forest, featuring an illuminated recreational field, a playground, and a fire pit, near the Trzebiochy River and Lake Żołnowo. I have been visiting this area for 25 years, I love it for its silence, clean air and beautiful landscapes.

A year-round cottage is fully equipped. Ground floor : living room with fireplace and exit to the observation deck, kitchen, bathroom with shower. Upstairs : A south bedroom with a balcony and a lake view, and a north bedroom overlooking a forested hill and ravine. A fairy-tale garden, pond, waterfall, swamps, forest, lake, morning concerts of cranes, frogs and birds will make you feel like you are in heaven. The guests have access to a garden with an area of over 4,000 m2, where there is a gazebo with the possibility of barbecuing, swings, an observation point (pulpit) and a place to relax, fish and light a fire by the pond.
