The farm is also perfect for group celebrations, such as birthdays, corporate events and bachelor parties or similar. There are plenty of excursion options in the surrounding area, such as thermal baths, a golf club, etc. Groups of more than 16 people are welcome. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.
