ATELIER in the garden

A building in the middle of the garden, with a terrace and an outdoor barbecue. Two levels are available to guests. On the ground floor, there is a club area, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. A bookcase and a table for 14 people. Upstairs, there is a 70 sqm attic with six beds. The interior is heated by guests with a historic wood-burning stove (wood included in the price of the stay) On the same property, we also have a guest house for up to 10 people. For larger groups, you can rent both the Atelier and the house - the second offer.

A cottage in the vicinity of nature, located by the hiking trails. In the evenings, you will hear the owl hooting and the screeching of the ash. At night, you will see the stars and planets without the interference of human lights. Nearby is a larger house made of straw, wood and clay. It is inhabited by a housewife with two children. On request, you can enjoy a Japanese Shiatsu massage, buy handmade natural cosmetics and candles, or organize various workshops, hippotherapy classes and horseback rides to the forest.

A seasonal above-ground pool is presented, featuring clear blue water and a textured grid pattern on the bottom. Surrounding the pool, open grassy fields with a single tree and distant hills are visible under a partly cloudy sky.

Less than 40 minutes by train from Wrocław, among the Strzelin-Niemczany Hills lies the picturesque town of Biały Kościół. The main attraction is 2 lakes with a total area of 20 ha. There is a communal swimming pool on one of them. Our house is right next to the lake and the swimming area. You will find peace, quiet and intimacy here. The house is fully equipped, has a fireplace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and a parking shed. In the garden, you can use the Finnish sauna.

The house is located on the edge of the Nature Reserve "Muszkowicki Las Bukowy", in beautiful surroundings, in the Sudecki Pregórze, 55 km from Wrocław. Its uniqueness lies in the artistic atmosphere of the entire home, both inside and out. There is a landfill on the property in a slope that can act as a giant cooler. There are numerous tourist attractions nearby, described in the author's guide. Peace, quiet, far away from neighboring homes, privacy .
