My cosy lake home

Renovated house immersed in a park of pines, camellias, azaleas and overlooking the lake. Between Belgirate (1,8 km also accessible on foot part on a private path) and Stresa (4 km), it's perfect for holidays and relaxation in every season. Welcome! The house, located in the heart of Pallanza (less than a 5-minute walk from the lake) offers spacious and well-kept indoor and outdoor spaces. Equipped with all the essentials for your stay, you won't have to worry about a thing! In our small, flower-filled courtyard, you can relax by reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine, and during the warmer months, why not have lunch or dinner in complete tranquility. Given the extremely limited parking, the private garage is a real plus!

Vittoria holiday house is an independent house on three levels of which there is a kitchen and living room on the ground floor, on the first floor, double bedroom with bathroom and laundry room, on the second floor with shower and double bedroom with mezzanine and second French bed. An outdoor balcony surrounds the house. The rooms and the living room are equipped with TV and the wifi system is present throughout the property. We will take care to offer the best during the holiday.

Charming Villa Giancarla

Elegante e spaziosa casa d'epoca ristrutturata nel 2011, con giardino e vista lago. In collina sopra Stresa, a 5 minuti dal centro in auto o 10/15 minuti a piedi. Villa divisa in due parte. Vivo al ultimo piano della villa con mio ingresso privato sul dietro della villa. Sullo stesso terreno è presente una dependance in pietra con 2 appartamenti affittati separatamente ad altri clienti che potete incrociare sul area parcheggio. Ogni alloggio ha il proprio spazio esterno.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a liberty style house built in the early 1900s, completely renovated respecting the characteristics of the time and divided into 6 apartments for your holidays. The new and vintage-style furniture keeps the slightly retro flavor of the house intact, making each space special and unique. The opening of the entrances is with a code for an easy check-in. We have a space for the shelter of motorcycles, bicycles or other.
