This listing shows the loft of the HOUSE. The entrance to the loft is not wheelchair accessible. When you arrive at the accommodation, you will walk down a small hallway, on the right is the entrance to the social facility - bathroom, toilet, left to the children's room - smaller size - two separate beds. The main room welcomes you with a double bed, a sofa bed, a dining table, and a kitchenette with basic amenities - a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a two-burner stove for the unpretentious. Bavarian Forest Chalet Kaitersberg with sauna and garden

We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

We offer a quaint farmhouse, born in 1834 in the Bavarian Forest, with everything you need for a great vacation. Can be booked for 5 people or more. We have lots of horses big & small and dogs. Great excursion destinations around the house. Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolutely secluded location on the edge of the "Höllbachtal" nature reserve, between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. Here you will find peace, beautiful nature, a warm atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. Our two gallery apartments with fireplace and pine beds leave nothing to be desired. We also offer sauna and medical massages for an extra charge. massages. To ensure peace, we only take 2 guests per apartment.

Cozy and traditional 200-years-old house

There is a big room with a fireplace, decorated with traditional furniture where you can enjoy your meals or spend cozy evenings, playing board games and drinking whine or Bavarian beer. In the kitchen next to the electric stove there is an old-fashioned kitchen oven where you can boil your tea water in a traditional way, but don`t worry, there is also an electric kettle. The house has a big garden with vegetables and fruit like strawberries, raspberries, apples and pears.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village.
