By car, you can reach the nearest swimming lake in five minutes and saltwater swimming in Bovallstrand in just 10 minutes.

If you are looking for a place to stay that is quiet and secluded and at the same time close to the pearls of the coast, then you have come to the right place. On a large and sunny garden plot, this house is surrounded by forest and Bohuslän nature. On the property, there are a number of buildings where the house accommodates 4 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room, toilet with shower and washing machine, hall and lounge room. There is also a guest house with a double bed, which gives a total of 10 beds (extra fee of 300 krona per night for the guest house)

Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. This cottage is located in the northern part of Sotenäs municipality with proximity to popular mountain walls and many coastal communities in most directions. The cottage is 25 square meters and has 4 beds in two bunk beds. The area is known except for its climbing mountains with a bouldering facility nearby for its salty baths. Many famous excursions nearby such as Havets Hus, Stångehuvud, Nordens Ark and Smögen. No dishwasher, washing machine and freezer.

The residence is located between two stables on calm street with little traffic. Rural location with beautiful nature around. If you want to hike or bike, Sotelden is close by and to Ramsvikslandens nature reserve it is 9.2 km. To Nordens Ark it is 15 min with a car, as well as Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. Nearby is also to Fjällbacka.

Small apartment of 19 sqm with proximity to both forest and sea. Close to nice walking paths, swimming and plenty of mushrooms in the fall :) The apartment has a fantastic patio where you can barbecue and enjoy the sun. About 10 km to Lysekil center. Outdoor sauna is available to use at the neighboring house. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, AC and combined micro/oven. Possibility to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Slightly cramped but it's working. Note: only 2 meters in ceiling height in the center.
