Located in the granite kingdom with many nice mountains, popular with mountain climbers. In the nearby area, there are many saltwater beaches, golf courses, a zoo, rock climbing and hiking trails. The bus stop is called Uteby and has very good bus connections. 600 meters from the house

If you are looking for a place to stay that is quiet and secluded and at the same time close to the pearls of the coast, then you have come to the right place. On a large and sunny garden plot, this house is surrounded by forest and Bohuslän nature. On the property, there are a number of buildings where the house accommodates 4 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room, toilet with shower and washing machine, hall and lounge room. There is also a guest house with a double bed, which gives a total of 10 beds (extra fee of SEK 300 per night for the guest house)

In the nearby area, there are saltwater swimming, golf courses, rock climbing and hiking trails. Close to Nordens Ark with rare animals. Approximately 25 km to Lysekil, Kungshamn, Smögen and many other nice coastal communities with cozy restaurants. Guests bring their own bed linens and towels. They are available to rent for 120 SEK/set Smoking, pets and youth parties are not allowed.

There is proximity to nice swimming🏖, sun and attractions, the forest is around the corner. Havets hus, Nordens Ark or a walk on Smögen pier. Also, many challenges among rocks for climbers🧗🏼‍♀️. The cottage has 4 beds + an annex (outbuilding) with 3 beds. The beds in the cottage are new. New kitchen with induction stove, kitchen fan, hot-air oven, A/C, washing machine, shower and combustion toilet.

Rent our guest house in beautiful Bohuslän! In a quiet valley, close to both the sea and lakes. The cottage is about 35 sqm and consists of a living room with open kitchen, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and induction stove. The bedroom has a double bed (160 cm) and the living room a comfortable sofa bed (160 cm). In July and August, we only rent weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.

Modern house close to the Åby fjord in Brodalen. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
