The house is in close proximity to, among other things, the pearls Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Bovallstrand, Grebbestad and Lysekil where Havets hus is located. Really cozy place all year round. Located in the granite kingdom with many nice mountains, popular with mountain climbers. In the nearby area, there are many saltwater beaches, golf courses, a zoo, rock climbing and hiking trails. The bus stop is called Uteby and has very good bus connections. 600 meters from the house

Good fishing opportunities, especially for Görs. Great hiking terrain. 13 km to 18 hole golf course 13 kilometers to Munkedal (grocery stores and liquor store). 22 kilometers to Uddevalla and Torp commercial center.

For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Here you live undisturbed (only one neighbor) surrounded by forests and meadows, perfect for those seeking tranquility and proximity to nature. Enjoy the silence, take a swim in the lake, hike in the woods, pick berries and mushrooms. Or why not take a paddle tour or boat trip in the Baltic Sea/Ellenösjön – canoes/kayaks are available to borrow. There are also plenty of wild animals such as elk, deer, deer and wild boar in the nearby area.

The house offers nice material choices, 8 single beds and 1 double bed with new comfortable mattresses. Pillows, blankets, towels and bed linens are included in the price. An ideal place for guests seeking a secluded and inspiring home for their events. Perfect for golf, canoeing, fishing, swimming and hiking in Kroppefjäll's wilderness area. Vehicle access required

Here you live in a spacious (75 m2) apartment in a converted barn with all the amenities, fireplace and patio with lake views. Only 300 meters to Kabbosjön with beach and docks. Here you can see wild animals roaming by such as deer and fox. You can enjoy nice forest walks, paddling, berry and mushroom picking. The accommodation has a large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. Living room with exit to patio and a sleeping loft with two single beds. There is also a single bed in the living room.
