Ancient 18th century villa, built among the sweet, rolling hills of Monferrato, with panoramic views of vineyards, fields, forests and the spectacular Alps in the background, in a UNESCO world heritage land. Possibility of relaxing or sporting activities such as hiking, mountain biking, indoor climbing, horseback riding, golf and more. Swimming pool available for our guests. Meals from breakfast to dinner are bookable as an extra facility to your stay by the bistrot/restaurant of the tenuta.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

The house is located in the center of the village, on a private street and in addition to having several green areas and a very large courtyard where you can also park your car; it enjoys a breathtaking view visible from most of the windows. Small, simple tower house from 1826 as part of a former winery from 1750. Spacious terrace overlooking the rolling hills of rural Monferrato in the middle of the Unesco World Heritage Site. The house is small, simple, but authentic and located on a quiet street. Right next door is the beautiful neo-Gothic church of San Martino. Perfect base for walks and hikes, right from the house. Very good restaurants and wine bars in the area.
