This brand new built guesthouse is located on our sea plot and access to a large jetty with swimming ladder and barbecue is available, as well as a boat place for a boat that does not go deeper than 2.5 m (at extremely low tide 2 m). Wonderful, fresh cottage with some sea view and peaceful location on Stenungsön. The cottage consists of a living room with a seating area with a modern sofa for 2 people (140cm) In the attached annex, there are two single beds that can easily be put together to a double bed Swimming dock within 100 meters and nice beaches 700-1000 meters. The surroundings also offer nice walking paths in a beautiful environment. 2.5 km away is Stenungs Torg with 65 shops and all possible services. Free parking on the premises, TV, Wi-Fi Possibility to charge electric car

Discover the forest, the sea, and the tranquility that surrounds this home. Newly built, fully equipped tiny house on the west coast, 40 km north of Gothenburg. The property is located rural with views of meadow and forest and in walking distance to sea bathing and public transport (2 km). In 5 minutes you reach the E6 which opens up the huge range of activities that Sweden's west coast has to offer. The property comfortably sleeps 4 (2 in sofa bed). Welcome to our newly built small house with all facilities in a quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and drying facilities. Large terrace with barbecue and expansive views of the sea and marina. Close to the sea, private but still in the community, at the top of a cul-de-sac, you will find this little house. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

Welcome to the house by the sea. The 40-square-meter house offers all amenities. Such as dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, stove, A/C TV, etc. One bedroom with two beds and a sofa bed. Walking distance to swimming and nature. Furnished balcony. To Stenungsund's center with shops and restaurants, it takes about 10 minutes by car. Excellent location for day trips such as Gothenburg, Smögen, Tjörn, Orust, etc. The cottage is connected to the main building. Bed linens are included in the final price, Pets are not allowed.

Welcome to Lillhagen, an Attefallshus built in 2019 of 25 sqm. Fully equipped with complete kitchen, fully tiled bathroom, washing and dryer. The house is located in an old residential area with about 1 km to the nearest municipal swimming area in Hakefjorden and 1 km to shopping center. Directly adjacent there are good municipal connections to Gothenburg and about 15 minutes drive to the nature reserve Svartedalen. You come easily by bus or car out to Tjörn and Orust if you want to experience the west coast at its best.

A charming red wooden house is complemented by a guest cottage, set within a lush green landscape. The spacious deck features seating arrangements, while the warm, inviting facade blends seamlessly with the surrounding nature.

I närområdet finns många fina utflyktsmål. Till Orust/Tjörn och övriga Bohuslän tar man sig snabbt och lätt.

Relax in this unique and quiet home with the forest right next door. On road 649 about 1.5 km from the north Stenungsunds exit on E6 is our residence with small apartment on the upper floor. Each apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, kitchen, sofa corner and toilet with shower. There is good ventilation system in the building. There is a grassy area to use for various games and games for those who wish.
