In just 4 minutes you can reach the Wels-Nord motorway entrance (nothing can be heard from the highway on the property). In 10 minutes you can be at the exhibition center. Thanks to full air conditioning, you can also enjoy the summer with us.

Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Please only request reservation requests from 3 weeks and longer for stays. Short stays are not possible for organizational reasons. The apartment, which is available to you alone, includes a kitchen-dining area, bedroom, bathroom with a separate toilet, as well as a spacious studio. It is centrally located and in a few minutes you can reach various shops, a pharmacy and bank, as well as the train station. Parking is available sufficiently available outside the house.
