But every now and then there may be construction noise. (Adjacent houses) Exterior is not yet completed and will be built gradually in the summer / autumn of 2019.

This apartment is located above the wineyards of Nussbaumen, Thurgau in Switzerland. The apartment is modernised and furnitured with valuable old furniture dating back to the 18th and 19th century. Looking further downward the wineyards you will see the small lake of Nussbaumen, and further on, on clear days, you will see the the peaks of the alps from Säntis until the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau which are nearly 200 km away.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. Dear visitors! Welcome to our lovingly designed apartment at the heart of the medieval town of Stein am Rhein. We offer a 4-room apartment to relax and discover on the beautiful Rhine and Untersee. The Rhine invites you to enjoy a refreshing bath in the summer months and the wonderful town invites you to explore. The apartment is located in a 4-family house. On the ground floor is our restaurant Uferlos on the shipflies.

Apartment with a room with double bed and view of the beautiful Untersee. The apartment has its own kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils. In the living room is a large sofa bed for two people. The modern studio is rounded off by a large seat to the south and a private balcony towards the lake. The apartment is quiet and has a lot of privacy.

Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)

The apartment consists of a large living room and bedroom, bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. A terrace and parking space are also available. In addition to the specified price, the city of Radolfzell charges a tourist tax of €3 per person per day.
