A spacious 3-bedroom home located in a stunning area, only 5 min away from the city centre by car. The house offers a lovely and lumious atmosphere & is both suited for work travel, ONS or a family holiday. Situated in a quiet peaceful neighboorhood, surrounded by nature. Godalen Beach is less than 1 min walk away & is a great place for swimming, hang outs & offers breathtaking views of the fjord & mountains. Town is 20 min away by foot. Parking lot, large terrasse & garden space included.

Hus på Roaldsøy nær Stavanger, Prekestolen, Kjerag

Len deg tilbake og slapp av på dette rolige, elegante stedet. Huset ligger lunt og idyllisk til på Roaldsøy 10 min fra Stavanger sentrum. 100 m til sjøen. Alt er inkludert; sengetøy, håndklær, såper, kaffe etc. Rikelig m bademuligheter på strendene Bjørnøystraen og Dolleviga en liten gåtur fra huset. Ypperlige fiskeforhold fra svaberg like ved. Fotballbane og lekeplass et steinkast fra huset. En liten biltur gjennom tunnelen til Ryfylke og du finner nydelige turområder og Preikestolen.

Idyllic house by the lake close to Preikestolen.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Velkommen til et stort og nyoppusset hus av høy standard på sjøeiendom. Egen strand i hagen, med mulighet for å benytte seg av jacuzzi, kajakker, bålpanne, grill, pizzaovn med mer. Nyt en nydelig sjøutsikt fra husets store vinduer. Du kan ligge i badekaret og se utover horisonten, og ta morgenkaffen i senga mens du ser bølgene treffe svaberget i hagen. Det tar 5-7 minutter å kjøre til Preikestolen basecamp, 5 minutter til sentrum av Jørpeland og 30 minutter til Stavanger sentrum.

Peaceful farmhouse waiting for you at Finnøy!

The cottage is quiet and idyllic located, about 35 minutes from the city, a great starting point for trips in the area, at sea, on foot or by bike. It is located in scenic surroundings with stunning panoramic views and a short way to the beach. You have to walk about 100m in terrain from the parking lot. ( Some may find it steep.) You also get access to the boathouse with a small living room and private beach. Motor boat and 2kajaks. The beautiful photos in the cabin are for sale.

Hytte ved Preikestolen i Forsand

Koselig hytte helt i sjøkanten med nydelig soloppgang. Ta gjerne morgen badet å måltidene på terrassen med nydelig utsikt over fjorden. Hytten ligger sentralt enten du ønsker å tilbringe dagene med shopping, fisking eller gå fantastiske fjellturer som Preikestolen, Kjerag og Flørlitrappene. Det er også mange andre merkede turløyper i nærområdet som Uburen, Hatten, Hesten, Skjerajuvet osv. Badestrand , Forsand med butikk, Landa fortidslandsby like i nærheten.

Large apartment in quiet area.walking distance to train station and bus stop (Gausel stasjon). 10 minutes by train to Stavanger city centre. Close by the fjord, with nice walks. The flat has two floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (3 toilets), large kitchen, dining room and two living rooms. There’s also a balcony, with barbeque possibilities. Persahuset ligger nydelig plassert nede ved Klostervågen på Utstein Gard. Garden omkranser Utstein Kloster og utgjør storparten av Klosterøy. Utstein er et fredet kulturmiljø og har særlig nasjonal verdi med de kulturhistoriske, landskaps- og landbruksmessige elementene som gir området særpreg. På Utstein er det dyr på innmark og kulturbeite året rundt og begrenset adgang til ferdsel. Turmulighetene er mange, kort distanse til Preikestolen og Kjerag.
